Neon Film cuts, weeds, masks and installs just as easily as conventional vinyl. It is slightly thicker than regular vinyl and, because it has more fluorescent pigment, you will need to increase the pressure on your plotter blade slightly. Be sure to cut the layout in mirror and install on the inside of the glass.

The blacklight fixtures are discretely installed at the top or the bottom of the window, whichever is closest to the graphics. We recommend the use of a 4 foot shop light with reflector and 4 foot blacklight bulb. Standard 110V service is all that is required. An automatic timer or power switch can also be added.

Point Of Purchase sales...because Neon Film can easily be changed for seasonal or other special promotions, it is ideal for Point of Purchase displays. Single faced or multiple faced canned signs can be used effectively. Simply replace the fluorescent bulbs with white U.V. bulbs (plant grow lights) and Neon Film gives you startling color. Thermal and Electrostatic printing on Neon Film opens up an unlimited number of possibilities.

Before you add graphics to the light box face, black out the background with 2 mil. cast black vinyl. Cut and weed it in reverse and apply it to the acrylic face of the light box. Cut the graphics so there will be a slight overlap (no gaps) between the colors and the background. If your letters or graphics are one color, just use a scrap of Neon Film to cover the space. Always apply the film on the same side of the acrylic face as the light bulbs.

A special blacklight has been developed for use in all vehicles for permanent or temporary applications. This automotive kit includes two blacklights, two mounting brackets and 12 feet of wire with a cigarette lighter plug. The lights can also be hard-wired if a permanent application is desired. Every company that does business at night, whether providing a service or delivering a pizza, is a prospect for this product. You add the graphics and the vehicle becomes a mobile "neon" advertisement.
