Shipping Terms and Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER: Minimum orders do apply to avoid a service charge.
FREIGHT: All shipments are FOB Orange Park, Florida with freight prepaid and allowed on new orders of a predetermined amount.
CLAIMS: Inspect merchandise immediately upon receipt for shortage or damage. Damage claims must be filed against the carrier promptly by the customer. Shortages and errors in shipment must be reported to American Traffic Safety Materials, Inc. within 10 days from receipt of the order.
RETURNS: All sales are final and merchandise is not eligible for stock adjustments for obsolescence or for most other reasons. Returns must be authorized in writing by the home office. The products must be unused and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on special orders, custom products or clearance items. The customer must prepay freight and applicable brokerage fees on authorized returns, and shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and handling fee. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
WARRANTY: American Traffic Safety Materials, Inc. products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Since the types and conditions of applications vary dramatically, the liability of the company at no time will exceed the replacement value of a product. No agent or representative is authorized to give any guarantee or make any representation in addition or contrary to the foregoing. The statements and information in all of our literature, advertisements, and this website regarding products are based upon our knowledge and practical experience. It is important that customers should determine, prior to use, the suitability of any material for their specific purpose.
